From vision to reality — we helped Michelle launch Playful Pathways, a Pediatric OT firm, by building her brand identity, website, marketing materials, and business foundations for long-term success.

Goal: To create a professional, approachable brand that reflects Michelle’s mission to make therapy playful, supportive, and accessible for families.

- Business Foundations – developing pricing structures, client onboarding workflows, and sustainable systems for growth.
4. The Process
Step by step, we:
- Started with a discovery session to clarify Michelle’s vision, values, and goals.
- Designed a brand mood board that captured her mission of play-based therapy.
- Finalized her color palette and typography to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Designed a logo that reflects joy, growth, and trustworthiness.
- Built her website from scratch, including service descriptions, blog integration, and a contact form.
- Created flyers and marketing materials for local community outreach.
- Outlined her business basics: pricing models, service packages, and client workflow to streamline her day-to-day operations.
